Safety and Supervision:  We use acrylic paint for many of the projects so please choose a space that can get paint on it.  We use washable paint when possible for kids.  We provide table coverings but there is always a risk, especially with children.  Let the parents know to send the kids to the party in clothes they can get messy so you're not stressing about their party dress getting paint on it.

We do have our hands full during any entertainment you book, so the client is fully responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all guests.

What will you do?  For paint parties, an artist will lead you through a guided lesson and your guests will go home with a completed painting. For adults this generally lasts 2- 2.5 hours.  Kids lessons are around 45 minutes to an hour. Kids paint and craft parties which tend to take less time we will also do another form of entertainment like face painting, glitter tattoos, or balloon twisting.

We can also provide a staffed craft table for events such as Christmas parties, book signings, etc.  Please contact us for costs.

Are they for kids or adults?  Yes, both.  Children under 5 may need to have the help of an adult to complete the craft.

What type of crafts do you do?  Our most popular are: make your own magic wand, dragon egg, air dry clay pottery, fairy wand, fairy house, hula hoop, picture frame, princess crown, foam cowboy hat, cooking apron, and snow flake wands.  If you have a theme in mind, contact us to see what we have available.

What type of paintings can I choose from?  Check the gallery for a painting you like.  We simplify some of them for children's parties.  If we have enough notice we can usually make something custom for your event.

Is there a minimum number of people?  8 minimum.  If you have less people, you will still be expected to pay for all 8.

What do we need to provide?  Tables and chairs for everyone in a space that can get messy.  Between the easels, water cups, brushes, and the whole setup, you may need more space per person than you think.  

​

Do we need to be artists to book this type of party?  Absolutely not!!  The lessons are made to be stress free and fun, leaving everyone with a sense of accomplishment.

Are there additional fees?  Craft projects have an additional supply fee based on the project chosen to cover the cost of materials.  A travel fee may apply to events more than 15 miles outside of Knoxville.  Contact us for a quote.

Do you travel?  See above.  We also request to be booked for a minimum of 2 hours if traveling.

How do I book?  Fill out the form on the contact page or give us a call at (828)764-3301.  A 50% deposit is required for all live entertainment.  After booking you will be emailed an invoice where you can pay online with a credit card or mail a check.  Your time and date are not saved until the deposit is paid.

For balloon orders and add ons, the amount due must be paid in full to start your order.
